The Founder's Perspective
Our CORPORATE MANAGING PHILOSOPHY
TPSF LLC (TxPSF) is a Security Company and a registered Limited Liability Corporation as defined by Texas Secretary of State. We are a mixture of people of differing ethnicity, genders, cultures, races. We come from various regions and combined bring a variety of experiences, skill levels and viewpoints creating a kind of corporate dexterity. We all bring our creative best realizing that none of us is more important than the whole, recognizing human capital as a commodity. We know that we must work together to use our skills to make this business successful. We all agree that each of us use our particular skill sets and knowledge within the role that each member has agreed to be responsible.
The diversity of our mind frames, skill levels and viewpoints is the paradigm for our management style. It is a change from the usual corporate philosophy in that our philosophy is one of individual responsibility to the whole. Our philosophy is one of inner reflection, self examination, focus on principles of trust and a sense of being accountable for ones own actions. We all have shared histories and experiences together and trust in each other to do the right thing for self and the company. We look for these traits in any one that shows interest in TxPSF as a partner, manager, supervisor. The bottom line is that the camaraderie and reputation of the company rises and falls and is the direct reflection of it's managers or governing body in toto.
The governing body is not just an extension of the founder's personal belief in business or a singular mindset or viewpoint. But the belief that those in whom we entrust with corporate responsibilities are like minded in our shared sense of taking this initiative, this opportunity, at this time and advancing. As a new start up we know that it is a difficult task, especially in the economic climate we face as a Nation. But under Free Enterprise Economics, those that have creativity, foresight and due diligence (and are fortunate) will become an asset to society. As we are currently witnessing in the news media, there are many corporate philosophies and practices out there. But this one is ours - it is our modus operandi - and we will stand by it.
