Objective:
We understand place-specific crime prevention and the importance and efficacy of improved management practices and culturally sensitive policing strategies, in combination with environmental design or redesign solutions. Our management members share their knowledge and experience in law enforcement and security enforcement as they relate to day to day operations. When we are retained by a client we will focus on several goals simultaneously:
- to become an active part of the solution to security issues faced by each client and their constituents
- to support proactive interaction between TPSF and community based businesses, Estates and HOA security concerns
- to be in place and able to intervene to resolve, detect, respond, deter and/or report safety and security issues
- to work with local authorities and first responders to facilitate quick efficient effective resolutions
- to promote a harmonious interaction with clientele and their constituents to address security issues

As a new 2008 unique business venture we see a potential to generate rapid growth in revenue, profitability, and stakeholder value. We believe that our business model can cause an inflection point in demand -- by introducing this new high value unique service, reshaping the status quo and capturing industry leadership. We have fresh ideas and a creative start up team of Board Members and Executives.

Our business plan and exit strategies reflect our sense of responsibility in stewardship, a much needed security provider paradigm shift and a progressive approach to client-side industry needs. Our board and executive members understand security industry demands and the economic impact of the current state of the economy and have adopted a twenty first century management model to meet those demands.
Methodology:
Our paradigm shift is the fact that UN-like competitors, TPSF will have highly trained and motivated security officers well versed in current post 911 methodologies used in densely populated cities. As a SOP our security teams will also be knowledgeable on how to implement these methodologies by adhering to TPSF policy, mandates and supervisory prerogatives.
